Fee Structure

Tribeca Traveler is a full-service travel company.

Our mission is to deliver the most personalized travel experience by providing caring service and a seamless planning process. We work with a limited number of clients who rely on us for all their travel needs, and base all our recommendations on personal experience. Someone from our team is always on the road, scouting hotels, testing guides, and cultivating relationships with suppliers around the world — all so we can curate trips precisely to your taste and personality.  

++ Hotel bookings ++

In cases where you only need a simple hotel booking, (for example, you would like to book a resort in the Caribbean or a hotel in Europe and do not need concierge services or logistics taken care of by my team), we offer one complimentary hour of our time to pull rates at up to 3 hotels, book, VIP and reconfirm you. Your booking will also include all of our Virtuoso perks and Preferred Partner amenities. We have built amazing relationships with hoteliers, brands and partners around the world, which translate to upgrades and extra attention for our clients.

Research, ticketing and management of domestic and international flights, including up to one change (airline change fees priced separately)

$65 per traveler

++ Customized Itinerary Planning ++

A completely customized travel program, tailored to your specific interests and desires. We arrange the best local guides and design authentic experiences to craft truly unique, exciting and memorable trips for our travelers.

Beyond hotels, should you want us to design an entire itinerary or organize additional services such as concierge, spa bookings, dining reservations, beach cabanas, boat days, ski lessons, tee times, wine tastings, and activities, we charge hourly rates for our services. Our rate is $175 per hour. We invoice a 5-hour retainer to get started, with additional hours billed prior to your departure. This allows us to take the most thoughtful, creative, comprehensive approach to planning, to ensure our clients experience the very best of our services and the destination.
